I'm a mum of two, a qualified trainer for 16 years, and a Pilates instructor. I know how hard it is to prioritise yourself when life is busy, chaotic, and exhausting.

What equipment do I need?
A pair of dumbbells (2–8 kg) and a mat is plenty. Many sessions are bodyweight-only. I'll always tell you what's needed before we start.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
Most women start as complete beginners. I demo modifications for every movement, and you can train with your camera off if you prefer.
What time zone are sessions in?
All times are GMT (London). If you miss a live session, the replay lands in your inbox within hours so you can train on your own schedule.
What's a session actually like?
30 minutes on Zoom. We warm up, move through a focused strength or mobility flow, and cool down. Camera on for cueing, or off if you prefer privacy.
