What equipment do I need?
A pair of dumbbells is all you need to get started. If you’re new to strength training, I usually recommend 2–4kg. If you’ve exercised before, 4–8kg may be a better fit. Some sessions also use a resistance band, but don’t worry if you don’t have one yet.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
You’re exactly who I love helping. Many of the women who join me have never done strength training before. I’ll meet you where you are and help you build strength and confidence one workout at a time.
What's a session actually like?
Each session is 30 minutes on Zoom and designed to be effective, supportive, and easy to follow. I’ll guide you through the workout, offer modifications where needed, and help you build strength at your own pace. Camera on or off, it’s completely up to you.
